Responsibilities:
- Top Up Petty Cash (Internal & Commercial Training)
- Create Request ERS & CEA (Internal & Commercial Training)
- Create Billing Memo Report for Commercial Training
- Create & Report Daily Allowance
- Process payment daily allowance for Business Trip
- Arrange & Distribution snack/lunch for Training
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Min. 1 year experience as an Admin
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Work location in Soekarno Hatta International Airport
