Responsibilities:

  • Top Up Petty Cash (Internal & Commercial Training)
  • Create Request ERS & CEA (Internal & Commercial Training)
  • Create Billing Memo Report for Commercial Training
  • Create & Report Daily Allowance
  • Process payment daily allowance for Business Trip
  • Arrange & Distribution snack/lunch for Training

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Min. 1 year experience as an Admin
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Work location in Soekarno Hatta International Airport
