- RESPONSIBILITIES
- What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department
- Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
- Create new consoles focused on the US and Europe.
- Deliver a superior customer experience to our LCL customers
- Infuse sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
- Closely collaborate with other teams within and across origin/destination offices
- Monitor team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets.
- Build an open-communication environment for your team.
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Working hours between 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Requirements
- The successful candidates
- Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development
- Extended customer portfolio and relationship with co-loaders.
- You must have experience in creating LCL consoles from Indonesia to the US, Europe, and the Far East.
- Experienced in creating a sales team and monitoring the targets.
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
