- The Senior Manufacturing Head will report directly to the Head of Division. The person must be highly experienced and dedicated Plant Director for their Food production sector. This role is pivotal in leading the company’s Manufacturing Operating Units towards becoming the most innovative, sustainable, and quality-driven producers in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and controlling national manufacturing operations, driving sustainability, enhancing people development, ensuring financial prudence, and guaranteeing quality across all units. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s long-term success and sustainability. We are leading of consumer food company in Indonesia by marketing branded processed food directly to consumer. All our facilities are Halal compliant with quality protein ingredients sourced directly from our upstream operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Manufacturing Head in the Food production, you will play a crucial role in leading and controlling national manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure they operate efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with the company’s strategic vision. You will drive operational excellence, financial integrity, and product quality while fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. By overseeing and harmonizing processes across all units, you will position the company as a leader in the industry.
