- Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management for solar installations or similar roles within the construction and/or MEP sector.
- Proven track record of managing multiple residential solar projects from planning to execution, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple residential projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with homeowners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly during project execution.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Create project plans that include timelines, budgets, and schedules for residential solar projects.
- Assign and manage resources for small-scale residential installations, including managing field teams and ensuring availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- Create and maintain realistic project schedules that minimize disruption to homeowners while ensuring timely completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing concerns, answering questions, and managing expectations throughout the installation process.
- Coordinate with internal design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage any post-installation support or warranty claims, ensuring homeowners are satisfied and the system operates as intended.
