Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of new product formulas and improving existing product formulas.
- Responsible for the R&D Team and ensuring coordination, distribution, and supervision of new product and existing product development
- Stay updated on the latest technology and cosmetic formulations
- Responsible for preparing technical document formats for all activities in R&D
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacist, or Chemistry.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an R&D Manager or 5 years as Senior R&D and cosmetic/skincare/bodycare product formulator
- Technical knowledge and understanding of cosmetic formula and packaging trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, initiative, proactive, and willing to work hard.
