Job Description
We are an Internationally owned Villa Rentals, Marketing & Management company based in Bali. We are looking at hiring a Business Development Manager who’s the main role would be to acquire new properties to grow our portfolio of Villas that we manage and market. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, motivated, positive individual to join our team with below requirements:
Skills:
- Exceptional relationship & networking
- Good knowledge in property acquisition and well experienced in the same or similar position
- Has excellent interpersonal communication skill.
- Preferably tech savvy person, able to operate customer relations management system and owner / guests database.
- Must have strategic and analytical skills and the ability to “think outside the box”
- Strong in Time management & Strategy
- Demonstrates ability to find Villa Owners interested in Management services
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in related business
- Proficiency in English and other languages.
- Familiarity/ Experience in Hospitality/ hotel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving results
- Bachelor Degree in related field would be preferable
Responsibilities & Job Description:
- Full time position.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as the competition
- Explore and identify opportunities to expand Villa Marketing & Management portfolio
- Maintain relationships and identify areas for potential clients
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
- Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
