Qualification:
- Age 30 – 40 years old
Minimum education:
Associate degree in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as head of pastry or bakery
- Organizing and leadership skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- High initiative and strong communication skills
- Having knowledge about food safety and hygiene
Responsibilities:
- Create new menu and seasonal food concept changes
- Manage inventory of ingredients, equipment and supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
