Job Description
- Key Area Responsibilities
Marketing Development:
- 1. Support management of database for ATM location
- 2. Support customer service activities for company’s clients and customers
- 3. Support preparation of survey activities to find potential ATM locations
- 4. Support admin related tasks such as making approval memo and invoice
- 5. Support other divisions’ tasks if necessary
Corporate Planning:
- 1. Generate company’s business strategy and budget
- 2. Review the progress of the business plan
- 3. Optimizing company’s organization structure
- 4. Facilitate company’s corporate meetings
- 5. Reporting to Shareholders
- 6. Analysis financial/operational data to find issues to be improved
- 7. Control company’s funding, including funding from other parties
- 8. Coordinating with related division for arranging corporate events (board meeting, shareholders, etc.)
- 9. Finding business partners for company’s business development
- 10. Develop company’s marketing strategy
- 11. Develop product/service for customer
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Business/Finance/Accounting)
- Background experience in Financial Services/Leasing industry
- Strong commitment to accomplish company’s target
- Good interpersonal skill, discipline, flexible and responsible.
- Able to work as a part of the team
- Basic English skills in writing and speaking
- Capability of using Office (e.g. Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
