Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from Psychology/Human Resources/Management/Accounting or from any related background
- Minimum have 3 years of experience handling payroll, remuneration, calculation, Indonesia income Tax (Pph21)
- Experienced in manufacturing industry
- Have good knowledge of health insurance policy, jamsostek
- Familiarity with state labor laws (UU Ciptaker)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experienced controlling leave records and balances
- Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Detail oriented thorough, accurate, and high-concern
- Fluent in English is required
- Willing to be placed in East Karawang, Kawasan Suryacipta
Job description:
- Fully functional in Payroll using HRIS Payroll system
- Submission of Tax year end and bi annual tax submission to Finance
- Ensuring timeous and accurate reports for payments of BPJS Employee and BPJS Health
- Implement Earnings, Deductions, Company Contributions, Annual Bonuses, Commissions
- Salary checklists and variance reports that enlist all new additions, terminations, maternity etc for approval by relevant managers
- Filing of all payroll documentation
- HRIS Recons before closing off the payroll
- Checking and obtaining approval for all claims, Overtime and leave applications in line with the policy and escalating any exceptions to the HR Manager
- Controlling of Leave records including Maternity Leave and balances
- All ad hoc administration functions
- Distribute pay slips to employees
