Key Responsibility(s):

  • Implement and maintenance an efficient filing system
  • Assist with document retrieval and storage
  • Do research and development related to operations
  • Providing data and document related to operations
  • Coordinate and maintenance with all Agency
  • Manage and maintain all system in collection
  • Daily, weekly & monthly report collection activities

Qualification(s):

  • Minimum at Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to speak English and experience in Fintech company is a plus
