- Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Accounting
- Minimum experience in the same field for 2 years
- Mastering basic accounting and Microsoft Excel
- Understand the process of accounting programs and taxation
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Verify payment received by comparing it with the daily revenue report
- Record revenue transactions and update the weekly temporary figures manually
- Reconcile only bank-in transactions with the bank statement
- Monthly Manual Recap of Accounts Payable and Accrual Expenses
- Record petty cash transactions
- Verify all entries in the Zahir program are accurately categorized by branch and account
- Prepare monthly financial reports in Excel template
- Maintain depreciation table & record monthly depreciation adjustment entries
