Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist to join our team. This role requires fluency in Chinese and basic graphic design skills. The NPI Specialist will play a crucial role in bringing new products to market by coordinating and managing the product introduction process from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate NPI Projects:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of new product introduction projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.

– Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, and design team to ensure seamless product launches.

– Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.

– Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation for NPI projects, including project plans, timeline, and progress reports.

– Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful product launches.

– Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all new products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before launch.

– Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements in the NPI process and implement best practices.
