Job Description
- Coordinate and control the implementation of the HR function and ensure that everything works according to policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared or set.
Monitoring:
Attendances, Recruitment and Selection process, Training, Expatriates Document, BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, Office Management, Procurement of office Supplies and Equipment, Reservation Ticket and Hotel and Corporate Event.
- Preparing and assist Department Head in making Job Descriptions, Yearly Manpower Planning, Training Needs and Performance Appraisal.
- Preparing Annual Budget and Organization Structure.
- Preparing and proposing all policies of the company related with Human Resources and General Affairs (Company Regulations, SOP, Compensation and Benefit) and career Development Program.
- Coordinate with all Department Heads to make and manage the training program for all employees
- Calculation the payment of monthly salary and Employee Tax (PPh21).
- Responsible for developing and implementing HR and Company policies, ensuring employee understand all company regulations and comply with them
- Manage all activity and administrative of Human Resource and General Affair matters
- Must be familiar with Indonesian labor laws and other government regulations related to employment
- Have knowledge of HR System HRIS and Attendance Software
- Job Requirements
- Max 45 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/ Human Resource Management from reputable University
- Minimum of 5 years of working experiences as HR and GA Manager in the related field
- Having experience as HSE Officer will be advantage
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong leadership, problem solving, creative thinking and can work under pressure
- Well-organized, meet deadline and manage multiple tasks
