Job Description
- Miduo Commercial Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager Mandarin Speaker. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, enhance employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations for our Factory at Surakarta (Solo) Central Java
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.
- Coming from E-commerce/Retail/Factory is preffered
- Strong understanding of all HR functions (organizational development, recruitment, administration, payroll), and General Affairs (GA), experienced in being HR at least 2-3 years in Managerial Level
- Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract, Tax PPH 21 Calculation etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation).
- Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
- Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies mass hiring
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement improvement plans.
Performance Management:
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
Policy Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies to all employees.
