Job Description
- PRIMARY DUTIES
- Willing to work as a Construction worker, can do the timber, rebar job, able to work at project site, structural work.
- Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout & etc…).
- At least 10 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.
- The successful candidate will ensure that project design and documentation is adequate to meet project objectives through design reviews, safety reviews, managing process evaluations and managing construction quality and will be responsible for ensuring assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum having more than 5 years of sound experience working in Rebar Fabrication and Installation work;
- Excellent command of system form work;
- Strong for system support;
- Experience in Concrete Work (Column Slab)
- Work experience in Electrical, Civil, Piping & Mechanical.
- Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture & Mechanical engineering or equivalent level.
- Age below 50 only (site regulation).
- Proficiency in problem solving and risk management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, or similar.
- Must be self-motivated and a great team leader.
- Maturing Character.
- Placement in Serang/Riau/Palembang/Pasuruan/Riau or Ready to be placed anywhere.
