  • Happy Kamper, a growing mobile marketplace for children’s activities, is looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Analyst to support our marketing initiatives and help us drive engagement and growth. In this role, you will analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that inform our product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that our app offerings meet the needs of parents and providers, and that we continue to grow our user base and activity bookings. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a monumental role in building a first of its kind marketplace in Indonesia working closely with the founders to enhance and scale the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

: Conduct thorough research on the children’s activities market and analyze competitors to help position Happy Kamper as the go-to platform for parents.

Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze user data, app performance metrics, and customer feedback to help guide marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve product features.

Product Positioning & Messaging:

Work with the marketing team to craft compelling, clear messaging for various user segments, focusing on how Happy Kamper simplifies activity bookings for parents and creates enriching experiences for their children.

Campaign Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, measuring KPIs like app downloads, user registrations, activity bookings, and customer retention to recommend improvements.

Customer Insights & Feedback:

Collect and analyze data from customer surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to better understand user needs and improve product offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and promotional campaigns.

Reporting:

Regularly report on findings and data-driven insights to key stakeholders through clear, actionable reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, product marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools (ie.. Excel, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
  • Knowledge of app-based marketing strategies and user acquisition tactics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate with parents and activity providers.
