Financing Specialist (融资专员)
Job Descriptions 主要工作职责:
- Provide guidance on specific financing work based on financing plans and phased investment and financing schemes (根据融资规划及分阶段投融资方案，对具体的融资工作提出指引)
- Responsible for contacting financial institutions, foreign investment institutions, and venture capital institutions, seeking financing capital, and comprehensively planning financing projects (负责与金融机构、外资投资机构、风险投资机构联系，寻找融资资本，全面规划融资项目)
- Responsible for discovering and maintaining financing channels, planning investment projects in the early stages, maintaining investment and financing channels promptly, and making reasonable use of investment and financing resources (负责融资渠道的发掘、维护，投资项目的前期规划，及时维护投融资渠道，合理利用投融资资源)
- Participate in communication and negotiations with various financial institutions, calculate financing costs, and provide solutions and technical support to broaden financing conditions and reduce financing costs (参与和各类金融机构的沟通和谈判，测算融资成本，为拓宽融资条件、降低融资成本提供解决方案和技术支持)
- Responsible for introducing external funds, designing cooperation models, and providing investment and financing support for enterprise development (负责引入外部资金，设计合作模式，对企业发展进行投融资支持)
- Responsible for conducting policy research and in-depth analysis of various economic policies, financial policies, industrial policies, industry policies (information), and important meeting notifications (meeting minutes) (负责对各类经济政策、金融政策、产业政策、行业政策（资讯）、重要会议通知（纪要）等进行政策研究、深度分析)
- Provide policy research support for company project planning, operation plans, and investment and financing decisions (为公司项目策划、运营方案、投融资决策提供政策研究支持)
Qualifications and Requirements 履历经验要求:
- Male/Female, maximum age is 40 (性别不限，年龄要求40岁以下)
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Finance, Acounting, Economy, or related major (本科及以上学历，财务，会计，经济或相关专业)
- Experience in a financial-related group or listed company compliance role through at least a minimum of 3 years related financing experience (3年以上金融相关集团或上市公司融资工作经验)
- Familiar with various financing methods, with successful cases and experience in raising funds (熟悉多种融资手段，具有成功引资的案例和经验)
- Solid professional knowledge, familiar with the financial market, capital market, and securities market, as well as related regulations and policies (专业知识扎实，熟悉金融市场、资本市场、证券市场知识及相关法规和政策)
- Fluency in Mandarin (Preferred) and Active English (优先中文及英文口语流利)
- Excellent understanding, communication, organization and coordination skills, relationship building skills, and strong sense of teamwork (具备良好的理解能力、沟通能力及组织协调能力，社交能力和团队合作意识强）
- Hard-working, honest and trustworthy, conscientious in work, strong sense of responsibility, restrictions may be relaxed appropriately for those with excellent conditions (吃苦耐劳，诚实守信，工作认真，责任感强，条件优秀者可适当放宽限制)
- Have good character, good at expressing, and have strong public relations and organizational coordination skills (品貌端正，为人坦诚，善于表达，具备很强的公关及组织协调能力)
- Willing to travel for a business trip to Morowali Site (根据工作需要到苏拉威西工作)
