Job Description:
- Sourcing goods, products, and services and negotiating the best and most cost-effectives deals.
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Performing inventory inspections and ordering supplies as ordered or as necessary.
- Prepared necessary document for approval from management and for payment.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payment, and received goods/products.
- Organize purchase schedule to make sure the goods/products arrived on time.
- Maintain good relation with vendor/supplier.
