Jobs Descriptions:
- Monitor employee performance and attendance activities.
- Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc.
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting journals.
- Create daily and monthly payment reports.
- Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement.
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Accounting or equivalent from reputable university.
- At least 3 years of working experience at EPC Contractor is a must.
- Experience in handle recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relation and industrial relation, BPJS, absence, and other assignment.
- Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (Minimum TOEFL ITP 590/TOEFL IBT 96/TOEIC 785/British Council 500).
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Human Resources.
- Placement in Palembang or Ready to be placed anywhere.
- Willing to be assigned anytime at Project Site (across Indonesia) if needed
- Interview will conduct in our Site Office Palembang Indah Mall
