Jobs Descriptions:

  • Monitor employee performance and attendance activities.
  • Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc.
  • Handle  bookkeeping and accounting journals.
  • Create daily and monthly payment reports.
  • Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement.
  • Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Accounting or equivalent from reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of working experience at EPC Contractor is a must.
  • Experience in handle recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relation and industrial relation, BPJS, absence, and other assignment.
  • Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (Minimum TOEFL ITP 590/TOEFL IBT 96/TOEIC 785/British Council 500).
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Human Resources.
  • Placement in Palembang or Ready to be placed anywhere.
  • Willing to be assigned anytime at Project Site (across Indonesia) if needed
  • Interview will conduct in our Site Office Palembang Indah Mall
