Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors for various company needs.
  • Handle office inventory management, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
