Job Description
- OPS MANAGER
- Responsibilities;
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to facilitate seamless operational processes.
- Lead weekly meetings and inform all the project teams, providing clear guidance and comprehensive support to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities and key stakeholders, fostering collaborative working environments.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials and resources are available as needed.
- Prepare, manage, and approve expenditures and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress.
- Address client concerns and ensure their expectations are met throughout the construction process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and up to date. As well as local regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports. ensuring easy retrieval and auditability.
- Requirements;
- Extensive experience in real estate, and start up companies
- Have 5 – 10 years of experience (with 3 years experience of managed team member)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
- Indonesian citizenship
- Proficiency in English is a must .
- Minimum 35 years old.
- Willing to be relocate to Bali
- You will have an Assistant Manager to help you with the task given above
