- Qualifications & experience
- Fluent in Chinese is a MUST ( Listening, Speaking, Writing, Reading)
- Minimum HSK 4
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources, familiar with recruitment, employee relations management and other modules.
- University degree or above, with a background in human resources management or related majors preferred.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to handle various personnel issues properly.
- Proficient in using office software such as Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis.
- Proactive and responsible in work, with strong teamwork spirit.

- Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily recruitment work of the company, including posting job information, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and following up on the hiring process.
- Maintain employee relations, handle employee on boarding, off boarding, and regularization procedures, and ensure the accuracy of personnel information.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee training and development plans to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Manage the employee performance evaluation system, conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback.
- Comply with labor laws and regulations, handle labor relations, and ensure that the company’s human resources management is legal and compliant.
