  • Develop comprehensive retail loss & prevention policies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of the retail portfolio to identify emerging loss and opportunities.
  • Lead meetings and committees focused on residual value loss management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement robust fraud prevention and detection strategies for retail products.
  • Investigate and monitor fraud cases, employing proactive measures to mitigate loss effectively.
  • Compile reports for executive audiences, highlighting trends, patterns, and mitigation efforts.
  • Coordinate meetings and committees to address fraud-related concerns and strategies.
  • Review existing loss infrastructure to ensure seamless implementation of retail loss policies and underwriting processes.
  • Review and refine retail loss policies, establishing detailed operational processes to support policy implementation.
  • Conduct thorough testing of retail loss underwriting systems, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all activities related to new product launches and loss readiness assessments.
  • JOB SPECIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in loss business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the capability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in retail loss & prevention management, preferably with a background in the department store/supermarket retail industry.
