Job Desccripion:
- Prepare and evaluate the implementation of supply chain food safety (GWP & GDP), QMS and regulatory requirements
- Proceed and evaluate any food quality food safety validation in supply chain process
- Leads and contributes to CAPA programs to resolve quality problems and process improvements by collecting, analyzing data and providing process improvement solutions or recommendations in the logistic area – distributor
- Handling customer complaints
- Scheduling and conduct distributor – transporter screening, training, audits & traceability exercise
- Assists in accumulation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on quality process
