  • Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with office equipment like fax machines and printers is a plus.

Maintain a neat, professional appearance appropriate for a front-desk role.

Languages:

Fluency in the local language is essential; additional language skills may be preferred depending on the company.

Greeting and Welcoming Guests:

Provide a warm and professional greeting to visitors, clients, and staff upon arrival.

Managing the Front Desk:

Answer incoming calls, redirect them as necessary, and manage any front desk-related inquiries.

Handling Correspondence:

Sort and distribute mail and manage outgoing deliveries.

Managing Office Supplies:

Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Providing Administrative Support:

Assist other departments with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Visitor Management:

Ensure visitors sign in/out and adhere to company policies for security.

Customer Service:

Respond to client inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its services.

Maintaining Reception Area:

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a professional image.

Booking Travel/Accommodations:

Assist with arranging travel and accommodations for staff if needed.
