What your day to day would look like:

  • Customize and implement detailed activity plans developed by the central Brand Marketing team to suit each region’s conditions.
  • Develop creative marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales.
  • Participate in determining, briefing, and overseeing the execution of vendor and event organizer activities in line with regional promotional plans by coordinating with the central Brand Marketing team
  • Manage human resources within committees and third parties in each brand activation activity to ensure tasks are executed as planned.
  • Build and foster a community of MAKA electric motorcycle users.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing motorcycle communities.
  • Facilitate community, journalist, vlogger, and blogger events related to the motorcycle industry.
  • Create routine reports on the outcomes and developments of all brand activation activities, whether conducted independently, by regional teams, or vendors.
  • Is this you?
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in event organization, committee management, student organization leadership, and/or other organizational activities.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business & Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interested in the two-wheeler automotive industry.
  • Holds a valid motorcycle license (SIM C).
  • Strong understanding of brand experience, project management, show management, event planning and production, community building, creative thinking, and negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of event logistics, including construction, audio, electricity, logistics, workforce management, and event execution.
  • Having Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and structured in thinking and working.
  • High integrity and prioritization of company interests.
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively with various parties
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
