- URGENTLY REQUIRED – STORE/WAREHOUSE MANAGER
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. Minimum degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2. Male.
- 3. Prior employment in a managerial role, such as a warehouse senior supervisor.
- 4. Strong practical expertise in managing and operating warehouses.
- 5. Having minimum 3 years works as Store/Warehouse Manager to manage Warehouse of Shipyard company or Parts warehouse.
- 6. Fluently write and speak English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
JOB SCOPE:
Receiving and Dispatching Goods:
- • Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments and ensure their accuracy.
- • Dispatch goods efficiently to meet customer demands.
- • Assure the quality of goods received and dispatched.
- • Familiar with the Shipping and custom clearence.
- • Picking and packing of the parts for export.
- • Able to generating products labelling system to avoid confusion.
- • Prepare goods out documentation (Packing List, Proforma Invoice, Delivery Note).
- •Issuing all spare parts and other goods requested from Engineer Team and record them in inventory files.
- •Collecting goods from Supplier for urgent cash purchased items.
- •Other tasks company required.
Inventory and Warehouse Management:
- • Organize and maintain inventory within the Company central and satellite warehouses.
- • Keep track of stock levels, reorder points, and stock rotation.
- • Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory transactions.
- • Implement an inventory management system to track stock levels accurately.
- • Regularly conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- • Arrange your warehouse layout efficiently to minimize travel time for employees.
- • Organize products logically based on their frequency of use or order volume.
- • Keep high-demand items easily accessible.
Process Improvement:
- • Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
- • Establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- • Standardize picking procedures to improve efficiency.
- • Consider batch or wave picking to optimize resource allocation.
