- This role responsible as Person in Charge to do recruitment, convert and movement, turn over, update data profile from Courier inhouse, create document support needed from courier, and LOP account creation from all courier inhouse.
- Making sure All business process are in place to make sure operational having capacity and good quality of front liners. Person in Charge to solve missed conduct on courier operational process, collect and analysis master data and any risk probability on courier, and conduct audit Fleet Management process
Responsibilities:
- 1. As Person in Charge end to end Courier lifecycle from Recruitment to turn over process in daily basis to each area of responsibility
- 2. Data completion of courier profile on system LOP
- 3. Lead partner to bridging discussion for case high risk (Fraud and criminal related) and force major case with Stakeholder or others department that related to courier
- 4. Person in Charge of analysis of missed conduct report on courier compliance in any major
- 5. Person in Charge speaker of communication result from risk audit related to compliance and lost to each area of responsibility
- 6. Person in Charge to audit of business operational flow process on ICM to see risk potential on the process operational on each area of responsibility
- 7. Person in Charge to communicate of risk awareness among each area of responsibility and courier
- 8. Conduct compliance audit related to courier standard procedure of operational on each area of responsibility
- Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- -Having skill of English on verbal, written and presentation skill
- -Experience with handling blue collar or on Logistic business are preferable
- -Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill
- -Proven skill of project management by using Excel 6. Good communication and leadership skill
- -Good negotiation skill
- -Detail oriented
- -Ability to work with tight deadline
- – can do attitude
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- -Min. 3 years of experience on Human Resources especially Recruitment
- -Experience of handle team
