Qualifications:
- Male/Female, aged 28 – 35 years.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Capital.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (mandatory).
- Experience in the Media industry (added value).
- Knowledge of current employment law and regulations.
- HR certification (Supervisor/Manager level – added value).
- Ability to manage legal and human capital administration, including formal correspondence, decisions, employment agreements, and reporting.
- Proactive in identifying issues and able to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required to have organizational experience.
- Must have completed PKPA (Postgraduate Course on Labor Law).
