Head of Sales Department (Furniture)

Responsibilities:
- • Manage the sales department and coordinate the team to achieve sales targets;
- • Develop and implement strategies to increase furniture sales and expand the client base;
- • Organize and lead negotiations with key clients and partners;
- • Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and propose improvements to enhance the company’s competitiveness;
- • Control the achievement of KPIs and financial indicators of the department;
- • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team;
- • Report to the company’s leadership on the department’s performance.
Requirements:
- • At least 3 years of experience as a head of sales, preferably in the furniture industry or related fields;
- • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- • Proven experience in working with key clients and closing large deals;
- • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and analytical systems;
- • Advanced negotiation and strategic planning skills;
- • Fluency in English (Advanced level or higher);
- • Experience with international clients is a strong advantage.
