PT Bali Utama Cakrawala – Discovery Mall Bali is looking for the most suitable candidates for General Manager (GM) Leasing located in Bali with the details:
Role Objectives:
- General Manager Leasing will directly report to the General Manager Mall. The main role of this position is overseeing Discovery Mall Bali’s leasing activities and targets from start to finish. The responsibilities include making the strategies of leasing succession plan, drafting & negotiating contracts, updating & maintaining a portfolio of properties for rent, and complying with leasing laws & regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years experience as Senior Manager Leasing of Shopping Mall
- Strong experiences in Food & Beverage leasing target
- Able to collaborate with various teams to ensure successful leasing operations
- Have strong market and business analysis skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment, self-starter, demonstrated organization skills, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Willing to be located in Bali
Responsibilities:
- Formulate, develop, and review the leasing strategy to achieve management targets
- Identify market needs and trends
- Develop, maintain, and recruit leasing personnel
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Develop and implement action plans to maximize sales and enhance the mall’s value
- Develop strategies and procedures to increase tenant occupancy
- Responsible for leasing functions, including reviewing and negotiating lease transactions
- Acquire new tenants and maintain relationships with current and potential tenants
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and adherence to regulations and policies
- Manage all leasing activities, including attracting and negotiating with tenants
- Monitor and adjust specialty leasing budgets and forecasts
- Manage documents for all rental transactions, including LOI, renewal, signing, and termination of rental agreements
- Build good relationships with related parties such as tenants or prospective tenants, investors, as well as mall managers, or other parties deemed necessary to improve mall leasing performance.
