- Horizon Construction Indonesia is a subsidiary of Horizon Construction Development (CDHORIZON), the largest heavy equipment rental company established in 2011 in Shanghai, China. We’ve just started up in the Indonesian market in the middle of 2023 and are currently actively hiring excellent talents to join our team!
- Role Description
This is a full-time, Asset Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) role in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will be responsible for:
- Responsible for handling asset-related documents applications. i.e. insurance application, equipment certification application.
- Responsible for preparing data maintenance for all work orders to function normally.
- 3、Responsible for verifying the settlement of data from each rental project and follow-up settlement results.
- 4、Responsible for analyzing service data and generating weekly and monthly reports to identify deviations.
- 5、Responsible for compiling service team performance under the incentive and penalty structure.
- 6、Responsible for supporting improvement activities in the warehouse and job sites. This includes improvement feedback and regular inspections.
- Qualifications
- More than 2 years of working experience in the construction machinery industry.
- Detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility to achieve objectives.
- Strong analytic skills and sensitivity to numbers.
- Fluent in English and local languages. Excellent communication skills to coordinate progress and decisions in matrix organization. Speaking Chinese is mandatory.
- Strong resilience to handle complicated situations and fast-paced working environments.
- Have university degree and career background from reputable companies in the industry.
- Station in Indonesia and willing to travel on demand.
