- Perform, track and document channel management activities such as channel recruitment, on-boarding, enablement, termination, conversion and rebate and ensure compliance.
- Contract process and documentation. Manage contract renew, amendment approval, publishing, collection and archiving.
- Maintain accurate channel data within Salesforce and other systems to ensure the completion of the authorization and accuracy of channel information.
- Perform due diligence on the onboarding application and conducting exit interviews with channel to minimal legal, compliance and financial risks.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboard to monitor and report on distributors sales/service force effectiveness.
- Collaborate across commercial and functional teams to facilitate communication, prioritize initiatives and address operational challenges.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum education level Bachelor’s degree, majoring in business administration or marketing is preferable.
- At least 1 – 2 years working experience. Experience in medical device industry or pharmaceutical is preferable.
- Ability to think critically, “outside the box”, for customer satisfaction and resolution and/or escalation of issues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to ensure completion of daily responsibilities and assigned workload.
- Positive, self-motivated and resilient
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills, with English skills seen as mandatory
