- Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Understanding of Environment Management System / ISO 14001, Sustainability/ESG, and PROPER
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Periodically identify compliance requirements related to environmental permits, laws and regulations and other requirements (Environmental Management System) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead and monitor the organization’s compliance with established environmental permits.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an environmental management system and conduct environmental assessments and audits (Enviromental Management System and PROPER).
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures, including waste management plans, energy conservation plans, and pollution prevention programs.
- Provide education and training to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders on environmental issues and best practices.
