- SOURCING & PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Job Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering fields.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and delivery schedules.
- • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for quality, delivery, and sustainability.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional depts such as NPI, operations, and finance to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing solutions
- • Conduct supplier performance audit/reviews, address issues, and develop improvement plans when necessary.
- • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
- • Excellent negotiation skill, communication, and relationship management skills.
- • Analytical skills with the ability to assess suppliers, cost factors, and risk management.
- • Preference familiar with SAP knowledge
