Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Responsible in supporting recruitment projects (such as assisting and being involved in onboarding, market visits, and mill visits).
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline.
- In charge of CV Screening, scheduling candidates’ psychological tests, interviewing candidates, scheduling candidates’ interviews with users, and hiring new employees.
Employer Branding:
- Support @lifeatkcsoftex social media (content planning, design, execution, etc)
Requirements:
- Majoring in Psychological, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Available for 1 year period.
- Final-year students and still active in college.
- Good written and communication skills – both English and Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Interested in Recruitment.
- Get used to recruitment tools.
- Having design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw, etc) is a must.
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
