Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full HR cycle, performance management, and career development.
  • Lead the process of organizational design, SOP development, and business process optimization.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to develop HR strategies that support digital transformation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
  • Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor and 5 years as HR Staff.
  • Experience with HRIS and other digital HR technologies (experience with Sunfish is a plus).
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders to implement HR strategies.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in HR data analysis for metrics-based decision-making.
  • Experience in digital organizational transformation and the implementation of HR technology.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, HR Analytics
