Responsibilities:

  • Check Fixed Assets
  • Check Prepaid Fees
  • Check Employee Receivables & COP
  • Create LLD reports every 15th
  • Make financial reports to the General Finance & Accounting

Create balance sheet details:

Accrued Fees, Rental Guarantee Debt, Other Debt, Tax Payable, Rental Debt, Investment, Rental Income, Investment Property Depreciation, Other Receivables, Prepaid, Security Deposit and Advances

Requirements:

  • Graduate from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 (based on 4.0 scale), major in Accounting or KAP
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar position is preferable
  • Understand about tax regulation
  • Strong leadership, have a good analytical thinking, detail oriented and good communications
  • Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs.
  • Able to work individually and team projects
