Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production machines are in operational condition through regular preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain an inventory of all necessary spare parts to minimize downtime and ensure swift repairs
- Collaborate with vendors for the timely repair of machinery and equipment, fostering effective communication and resolution of technical issues
- Ensure successful execution of projects, adhering to timelines and managing the addition of new machinery or factory layout changes to support project requirements.
- Ensure that machinery and molds comply with established standards to maintain product quality.
- Propose and implement re-engineering initiatives to improve production capacity, reduce downtime, and enhance overall production efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Experience as Maintenance Manager at least 5 years, preferably form manufacturing industry
- Familiar with Extruder, Thermoforming, Printing machines, Chiller, Mixer machines, electric transformer, compressor, Forklift and its spare part
- Ability to handle the technical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of the machines
- Control machine spare part, preventive and predictive maintenance
- Able to develop work instruction, standard operating procedures and safety procedures of maintenance
- Proven leadership skills and experience in multinational company
- Reliable, highly responsible and honest
- Having good communication skills in Bahasa and English is a must.
- Willing to work at Sidoarjo, East Java
