- Responsibility
- Responsible for running the whole or part of a construction store
- Create 3D designs using app
- Make sure a project is completed safely, on time and within budget, and proper quality
- Responsibilities include making preparations before work begins on site including communicating with the public, architects, engineers and related parties involved on the project
- Managing the building process once work has begun on site
- Monitoring project progress and ensure project is completed on schedule.
- Managing and Supervising the Subordinate
- Qualification
- S1/D3 graduated Civil Engineer / Architecture / Design Interior with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having 1-2 year(s) experience in Contractor Company will be an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Having ability to calculate the project budgeting
- Advance knowledge of Ms. Office, autoCAD, sketchUp or equal
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, creative, proactive high motivation, self driven, honest, fast learner, effort to work, can work independently and team work.
- Able to work under pressure
