- To enhance the value of customers as the goal of work.
- Follow customer development SOP.
- Visit customer site regularly to understand and solve customer needs.
- Coordinate the work of various teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor”s degree in business, Marketing, Mining, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self–motivated, and passionate about sales, service, and spare parts management
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Have a sense of leadership
- Team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- A basic understanding of sales, mining, mechanics, and logistics principles is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional language, especially Mandarin is plus
- Have license A
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatera
