- Ever After Bloom specializes in preserving bridal bouquets, ensuring that they retain their beauty and sentimental value for years to come. We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant to help grow our online presence and drive business growth.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media platforms while contributing to business development initiatives. You’ll work closely with our team to create and implement strategies that will engage our audience, build our brand, and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and post regularly on Instagram (feed posts every other day, stories multiple times a day).
- Develop and execute content strategies for all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
- Write engaging captions in English, manage hashtags, and create visually appealing content, including editing footage for reels.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with partners and manage relationships to create co-branded content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting campaigns for optimal results.
- Design promotions and email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive business growth.
- Identify and explore new opportunities for business growth and online presence expansion.
- Update and manage our online presence on various platforms, such as BrideStory, to maximize exposure.
- Strategize marketing initiatives that align with the company’s goals.
- Create and implement plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, DM and email to ensure seamless order processing. This includes assisting in handling orders, managing reminders for payment or collections, and following up with customers.
- Provide administrative support to the business owner as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing and digital media.
- Strong understanding of social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) and best practices.
- Creative and up to date with current social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve social media performance.
- Experience in content planning, creation, and partner management.
- Organized, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of business development and growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work onsite in Dalung five days a week.
- Flexibility to adapt to last minute requests and weekend work as needed.
- Must have a personal laptop and own transportation.
