Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and secure advantageous agreements. Continuously assess market conditions and trends to optimize procurement strategies.
Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Address and resolve supplier-related issues effectively.
Cost Control:
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or supplier relationships. Seek out opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established quality standards. Oversee quality control processes within the procurement cycle.
Contract Management:
Draft and manage supplier contracts, ensuring they are compliant, up-to-date, and meet the organization’s needs. Monitor contract performance and enforce terms when necessary.
Compliance:
Ensure procurement activities align with legal and ethical standards. Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a clear understanding of the current market and have certain resources, High priority for local sourcing of PCB SMT and copper wire related resources
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English is MANDATORY
