- The Role
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at BAM by Boon in Ubud, Bali. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing building and development projects, coordinating with architects and designers, managing manufacturing and project processes, and ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Construction Management, Project Management, and Site Supervision experience of 1-2 years
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office, Excel and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of architectural and construction terminology and standards
- Strong organisational skills to be able to work on multiple projects, timelines and tasks
- Adaptability for any changes in project requirements and priorities
- Eager to learn and have a professional, positive and friendly attitude
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all daily on-site activities to monitor quality, timeliness, safety and compliance and managing schedules
- Maintain accurate records and reports for project documentation daily, weekly and monthly
- Excellent attention to detail, meticulous, precision in analyzing plans, drawings, technical documents to ensure the construction projects meet design, budget, and quality
- Being proactive in assessing potential issues/problems, and recommending changes to workflow, processes, methods and procedures to improve quality and efficiency
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, vendors, and suppliers
- Supervise workers and subcontractors. Provide training and ensure understanding of plans.
- Order and manage materials and tools. Ensure timely delivery.
- Help track and control site-related project budget.
- Enforce safety rules, conduct safety checks, and address issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to address design and construction changes and modifications as required
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical construction issues during the project lifecycle
- Meet project deadlines and milestones while maintaining high-quality drafting standards
