Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Online Store. As the Head of Online Store, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our online retail platform, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Online Store of Brand in Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, and similar platforms
- Execute Campaign Marketplace and Optimizing ROI
- Manage the Marketplace Advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Similar platforms
- Execute and Report to E-Commerce Team leader for all Campaign Activities in the platforms
- Ensure all order are well-process through coordination with Warehouse team
- Update the Online Store Product list, Price, Picture, Campaign, Promotion.
- Analyzed market competitor and stay updated the market trend.
- Coordinate with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales.
Requirements:
- 2 Years experience E-Commerce Operations
- Experience in handling paid advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, and similar platforms.
- Familiar with the SOP for handling official store marketplace, operation, product upload, product descriptions, traffic buying, any skill related to ecommerce.
- Have Experience working with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Excellent skill using Microsoft Excel.
- Expertise using Canva is a plus.
- English proficiency is preferred.
