We are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative and Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will:
- 1. Develop creative visuals, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of media, including websites, social media, print, and digital campaigns.
- 2. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the internal team and clients to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content.
- 3. Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.
- 4. Present creative ideas to the internal and clients and make adjustments based on feedback, ensuring client satisfaction and brand consistency.
- 5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to create fresh, engaging work.
- 6. Prioritize and manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality within fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 3. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to turn ideas into visually compelling designs.
- 4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- 5. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to projects.
- 6. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand project needs and deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed expectations.
- 7. Ability to think critically and solve problems independently, troubleshooting design issues and offering creative solutions.
- 8. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 9. Strong organizational skills to manage communication, design files, and resources effectively.
- 10. A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and an eye for aesthetics.
