Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinate the process of obtaining financial accounting data with accurate and timely
- Ensure that all processed data has a basis that meets the financial accounting system, business processes and company policies
- Prepare financial analyzes required by management upon direction from manager FAT
- Prepare the procedures for the implementation of the accounting system
- Coordinate monthly inventory checks (stock opname)
- Support manager FAT or other parties appointed by Director to provide data needed for preparing company’s financial reports
- Archive collected data and documents properly which can be traced if needed
- Prepare and update the company’s fixed assets list
- Become the PIC for the implementation of the ERP program for the Accounting department
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university, with minimum IPK:
3,00
- Age maximum 35 years old
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (previous experience in FMCG / Retail Industry would be an advantage)
Required Skill(s):
Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP, Oracle Application Server
- Preferably Supervisor specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in working with ERP system would be an advantage
- Data analysis skills with accuracy and attention to details
- Have strong knowledge about system and procedure of financial accounting
- Have strong knowledge about basic principles of audit and accounting.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skill
- Have high level of integrity, self starter, self motivated, fast learner, an open minded person, organized, able to work individually as well as in a team, hard worker, responsible, and able to work within tight deadline
- Applicant must be willing to be placed in Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java.
