Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Engineering field,
- Good command of English; Japanese is an advantage,
- Strong Knowledge of Production Processes and Machinery,
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machinery,
- Proficient in computer programs (MS. Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Min 8 years experience in assembly process or related field or minimum 2 years experience as an Assembly Engineering Supervisor
Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate activities with the engineering team for machine specification, installation, process preparation archive quality, delivery, cost, safety regulation, etc.
- Supervise engineering team to follow company policy, rules, and regulation,
- Make and follow up action plans, project schedules, budget control with engineering team,
- Monitoring and reporting to higher positions that concern process preparation and control,
- Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, Safety & Environment Activities.
