- Managing F&B orders according to BEO, creating stock reports, and ensuring minimum stock levels are met.
- Coordinating and overseeing banquet setup and service, including worker scheduling and equipment needs.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth event execution and meeting room setup according to client requirements.
- Handling last-minute changes, addressing customer complaints, and providing follow-up if necessary.
- Preparing budget plans for event operations and ensuring catering vendors comply with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in hospitality management
- Min. 3 years experience in 4 or 5 stars Hotel or Convention Hotel or MICE
- Strong knowledge of F&B especially buffet arrangement and stock opname equipment function room.
- Familiar with meeting room equipment, Wi-Fi routing system, internet network and streaming event system (using OBS / Vmix is preferred).
- Able to create meeting room setup plans
- English proficiency is mandatory
