  • Managing F&B orders according to BEO, creating stock reports, and ensuring minimum stock levels are met.
  • Coordinating and overseeing banquet setup and service, including worker scheduling and equipment needs.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth event execution and meeting room setup according to client requirements.
  • Handling last-minute changes, addressing customer complaints, and providing follow-up if necessary.
  • Preparing budget plans for event operations and ensuring catering vendors comply with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in hospitality management
  • Min. 3 years experience in 4 or 5 stars Hotel or Convention Hotel or MICE
  • Strong knowledge of F&B especially buffet arrangement and stock opname equipment function room.
  • Familiar with meeting room equipment, Wi-Fi routing system, internet network and streaming event system (using OBS / Vmix is preferred).
  • Able to create meeting room setup plans
  • English proficiency is mandatory
