- Create, develop, set goals and inspection/audit strategies both in terms of Operation as well as Credit and Marketing as well as AR so that employee performance can run well, effective and efficient so as to be able to develop capability and quality of employee performance in Audi Internal Department.
- Develop, prepare, establish plans work and annual work budget as a guide
- performance for employees in carrying out their activities every day so that employee performance is more focused and controlled.
- Conduct thorough analysis, review and verify inspection/audit results reports as final check before reporting to CEO for ensure that the report prepared is valid, accurate and reliable and suitable to be presented and discussed together in a meeting/forum.
- Provide detailed and thorough explanations regarding the rules for granting good credit to employees and debtors to ensure related parties really understand the credit rules applies to the company so that debitor satisfaction
- achieved.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree – All Majors.
- Minimum 5 years as Internal Audit Unit Head or Internal Audit Dept Head in Multi Finance/ Banking.
Knowledge:
International Auditing Standards, OJK regulations related to the field, Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK)
